  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your order.

Domestic (USA):

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

International:

  • International shipping times vary by destination.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.

All products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Fragile or delicate model train items are shipped with added protection.

 


Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Undeliverable packages returned to us may incur additional reshipping fees.

 


🛠️ Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at concorint@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 


🌍Military & PO Boxes

Yes, we ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses via USPS where available.
