30-Day Return Policy

We are pleased to offer a 30-day return window for eligible items, starting from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

1.  To request a return, please click return under your account,

2.  If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), a return shipping label, and further instructions.

3.  Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at concorint@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and find a suitable resolution.

Restocking Fees

All general returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Returns of model train and layout-related products are subject to a 25% restocking fee and require a pre-approved RMA from a sales representative.


Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

Labelle Lubricants: Due to the nature of these products, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or a return is specifically authorized by a sales representative.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend requesting a return for the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow for additional processing time from your bank or credit card company.
